Delivery
All orders will process and deliver within 2-3 working days excluding PH, MCO, or during flood.
Frozen products will be delivered using either our own delivery vehicles or third party delivery partner’s vehicles directly from our warehouse to the recipient, ensuring they do not melt in transit.
We deliver to most areas within Klang Valley & Seremban but if you’re unsure if we deliver to your area, please contact us directly at +60 11-6530 0322 for assistance.
Delivery charges are RM15 per address for most locations within Klang Valley. Free delivery for orders above RM120.

Delivery rate is calculated based on the distance (per km) from our nearest outlet location, to your address. Please find out the delivery rate by typing your address upon checking out the cart. Monde Pastry has no responsibility or liability for any errors, or delays in delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. Hence, the customer must provide accurate information such as name, contact number, full address or any other info that helps to make the delivery process smooth. The estimated duration for delivery will be 1-3 working days.
Missed Delivery
Delivery fees will not be reimbursed if product is returned to us as undeliverable owing to inaccurate address; or phone call and home address unattended. The customer will be charged on delivery fees for rescheduled deliveries; or self-pick-up.
