Order
- All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
- If your confirmed order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative product.
- Seller reserves the right to refuse orders which may be submitted to it and will not be bound to fill any orders unless or until they have been accepted by Seller.
- Any Buyer requested changes to an existing order may result in a new scheduled delivery date for that order. (eg. Changes on items or delivery address)
Self Pick-Up
Self pick-up MUST get appointment date and time at the nearest outlet to you. All orders are not cancellable after payment is made. Kindly show your order status confirmation during the self pick-up.
Wrong or Defective Products
If a defective or incorrect quantity of product delivered to customers, please contact customer service and we will examine the issue. If the issue is acknowledged by Monde Pastry, the item will be re-delivered to the customer at no additional cost.
